It depends on where you will stay. If in the heart of Helsinki, then it will be quite expencive. If you won't be in the central Helsinki, then the prise rate will be quite normal. If you will stay in any other city than Helsinki in Finland, then it will be very cheap.
But in the end i don't know what is cheap to you and what is expencive...
