How can a boy refer to a girl younger than him? I mean, if a girl refers to an older boy she can call him OPPA or Ajusshi, right?

It would be 아가씨, but it is rather less used in younger generations. I think just calling their name(literally) would be enough. 아가씨 might sound rude in some situations since it is also used to refer to a barmaid.
I'd say that if it is informal just use their name and if it's formal situation, use their title.

There's no special words for a boy to call that girl directly.

note that 아 sounds like the last syllable of santa and 씨 shoud be pronounced without aspiration. 가 also sounds like 아 with the consonant sound of go.
