ため息をつく: sign
ぽつり has some meanings.
☆ぽつりとつぶやく is "talk to oneself" or "say something a really little voice."
☆ぽつり:fall in drops (e.x. ぽつりぽつりと雨が降る。)
☆ぽつりと立っている: He/She is standing alone.(isolated)
I'm not sure ぽっつり or ぽつり but I think both are correct :)
