Watashi is used in general for both men and women.
And young boys use "boku", this might sound immature for an adult male.
But "boku" is very natural for young boys, maybe up to 20 around?
If these boys want themself to sound strong, they use "ore", or if they want to sound themself mature, they'll use "watashi".
