You can eat either pizza or burger.
"Too" gives you option to eat any of the two, on the other hand, "either" allows you to make a choice among the two.

Too means excessive amount of something. Example, "That is too much sugar." It can be also used as agreeing to someone. Example, "I like to drink milk." "Me too". Either means choosing between tp things or objects. Example, "Either you or her will eat the apple." "I want to buy either the dress or the shirt."

In this case it sort of like you are saying you are also hungry so too is like saying you are also something. (Also hungry, Aldo sleepy, etc)

Either can be use in a sense where you will do this or do that instead. it can also use to be agreeing to something. just remember it as this or that.
Although in some cases those two can have similar meaning.

"I'm hungry!" "Me too" You can't use either it just doesn't make sense. In cases like agreeing either is us for negative sentences.
Either is usually follow up with the word "or"
Too doesn't always have to use to agree it can be use to exaggerated on something.
