那- that (pointing to something or referring to something)
那是狗🐶
that is a dog
那麼 -also means that, but 那麼 introduces and emphasizes an adjective. It's used after the one being described performs something, and therefore the speaker is describing this previous event.
那麼 is always followed by an adjective or an adverb.
你今天那麼漂亮啊!
how beautiful you are today! (you'd say this when you see someone, like, "wow, you're THAT beautiful today")
你那麼棒!
wow, you're THAT/so good!

Yup, they can also mean those.
In your examples, the meaning of 那 and 那麼 seem the same to me, but I'm not sure if there is a subtle difference.
I'd translate both sentences as "Let's go then!" or "Well, let's go then!"
