"Be concerned" is not future tense. Here, the word "concerned" is a participle.

Could you explain why it's wrong? Concern about =care about, why have to say be concerned about?

Sorry. I confuse "concern" with "care". Be concerned about = care about, concern something( without about). Thanks!
