Good things: People are resilient and always smiling. Some stuff are cheap. Beaches. People can easily talk to English.
Bad things: Worst traffic, few buses, it's not visa free for Indians hahaha

if your talking for the safety of some girls walking alone in the street , i prefer not to because there have lot of strangers that can harm you specially if your not lived in that city or country .. sometimes they get advantaging to you and thats bad

It's somehow safe to walk around the Malate, Scout, Morato, Global city area in Manila since those are party areas. It's okay to walk until 11 to 12 at night.
