La única diferencia sería que estás marcando la cantidad al decir "una", en "¿tienes lavadora?" Se asume en automático que hablas de un objeto solamente. En términos prácticos la pregunta capta el mismo sentido.
Si hablaras de más de una lavadora sería diferente el: "¿tienes lavadoras?" (No dices cuántas exactamente solo que es más de una) a decir: "¿tienes dos lavadoras? ¿Tienes tres lavadoras?" Etc
