There are only a few universities in Finland. The universities of Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Turku (both Finnish and Swedish language universities) Tampere, Oulu, Vaasa, Eastern Finland and Lapland and Aalto University in Helsinki.
The universities in Helsinki are most popular and prestigious but in my opinion there is next to no difference in employment prospects in academia or other sectors depending on which Finnish university you graduate from. The universities are financed chiefly by the government, which means that their resources per student are fairly similar. You're best off just finding out about the different research focuses of each university in the fields you're interested in and making the choice based on that.

In Finland, there is no difference in the quality of education among different schools. Yes, we do rank our upper secondary schools based on the success of the matriculation exams, but that doesn't really tell anything about the "quality" of the school. Just study hard, in any Finnish university, and you'll succeed. C:
