They are both technically correct. The first example is telling someone that if you get tired you will just leave, while the second example is emphasizing that you are not tired.

The first sentence is incorrect and so is the second one; however, the second phrase is closer to the phrase people will say in casual conversation. That's, "I'm not tired. If I was tired, I would've went home by now." The correct phrase is: "I'm not tired. If I were tired, I would've gone home by now." I usually use "was" and I always get corrected for it. 😛
