Some ferries have pools if that's what you mean. But if you want to swim to England then no. You can (possibly) swim from England to France but it is illegal to swim from France to England

People die trying to swim the channel. The water is quite cold and can get very rough. Visibility is also a problem. Unless it's a very clear day you'd have trouble staying on course and might even end up in a shipping lane.
