[물론이죠] means “of course or i'm 100% certain.” The word [물론] means “certainly,” “naturally” or “without debate” and it could also mean “of course” on its own. [이죠] is the shortened form of [이지요], a polite statement version of the verb [이다] meaning “to be.” So [물론이죠], translates to “it is without debate,” or simply “of course.”

When speaking casually, you can drop the verb altogether and just use the word [물론] to mean “of course.” This is how the word is used when you start a sentence by saying “of course.” 

In other cases, you can either say [물론이지] or [물론이야], both of which are casual statement variations of the verb [이다].
