I think: Kommen Sie bitte Donnerstag und Freitag nicht erst am Nachmittag zur Arbeit sondern schon am Vormittag um 7:30 also von 7:30 bis 16 Uhr. Ich hoffe das geht für die 2 Tage.
Basically: He tells you to work thursday and friday from 7:30am to 4pm, and not to work a later shift like you normally do. He thinks that arrangement should be alright for only two days.
