Hmm, I think it would be more correct to say "I will study in school," though it might be more natural if you say "I will study at school" if you mean that you are going to study something at the school building :)

it might depend on the context of the sentence but "I will study in school" looks the most correct to me. I will go study in school could also work. do study is not correct.
