亲自是反身代词，用于强调主语，如：他亲自下厨为我们烹饪可口的饭菜。

亲自 是自己做某件事情；亲身 是人要到那里。亲自 って 「自分の事は自分にします」 亲身 って「スーパーで自分に行きます」（日语不太好，见谅哦）
