Question about English (US)
At my niece Maiko's school, they started to teach braille, pointings-characters, to all the 4th graders from last year. Being so young and quick at learning anything new, she can now read, or hand-read, any Braille signs or messages in public places. I first wondered what's the point in teaching Braille to children with normal eyesight. After seeing that she seems to have grown up a bit through this experience, though, I changed my opinon. Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
"To all the 4th graders from last year" should be "to all the 4th graders last year". "They started to teach" sounds better as "they started teaching". "I first wondered what's the point" should be "I first wondered what the point was".

A little unnatural
1. (Our) school starts at/in the beginning of April. (You don't have to say "our" unless you are comparing it to other schools.)
2. I started my yoga practice/practicing yoga in January.
3. This one is perfectly correct!
