I guess he mixes up the French language with the English one since the "bitch" word means "chienne" in French (maybe the same in arabic?) and "chienne" is actually the female dog too in our language, it's confusing but your teacher obviously doesn't know the usage.... You must leave this school 😂

Yes, it is a word that means "female dog." But now it is mainly used as a curse word, so people try not to say it. However, if you read some books, you will sometimes see "bitch" being used to mean "female dog."

"Bitch" means female dog. But, no one uses it by that definition. They use it as an insult. You won't call your dog Bella a bitch. But, you'll call your school bully Bella a bitch. Basically, although it's the proper definition, it's never used in that sense.

In British English it's still common to use the word 'bitch' to refer to female dog. Without laughing.
In the book 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' there is a sentence 'If there is something wrong with the bitch, there is something wrong with the pup'. J.K. Rowling didn't just wanted an excuse to use the word. It's how you say it.
