I'm pretty sure they are similar but juste is more like just and seulement is more like only. Personally I use seulement more often but then again I don't speak French as my native language. Hopefully someone will answer

@itsagreenhero, @duckgirl3: Yes, they have the same meaning and both can be used in many sentences :
- Je vais prendre juste un verre
- Je vais prendre seulement un verre

Juste has several meanings. Sometimes it means seulement (only) but other times it takes other meanings.
Juste could mean "just/right" (ce n'est pas juste- it's not right) (il est juste à côté- it is right here <see the two different meanings of right?>)
And it can also meaning seulememt (il veut juste manger- he only wants to eat)
