Something amusing would usually make you "smile" or "laugh," like a joke, a circus, or a comedy movie. Entertaining is more wide. It might make you laugh, or it might make you feel interested, it might even make you cry. It could be a music concert, or a movie, or a play. It doesn't have to be "funny" like a joke.
