They are both good and 100% natural.
"When will you be visiting us?" - Sounds a little more polite or indirect.
"When will you visit us?" - Sounds more informal and direct.
"When will you be _____-ing?" usually sounds more indirect, therefore slightly more polite. You can use it at work, with your friends, and anybody else.
"When will you ____?" is more simple and direct, therefore slightly more casual. You can also use this with everybody. It's not impolite, it's just more simple, so it doesn't sound formal.
Most casual/informal: "When are you gonna ____?" - This is best to use with friends in a casual setting.

When will you be visiting us? Is more often used when someone has actually told you they will be visiting you it is more polite and formal. When will you visit us? is more often used to ask why someone hasn't come to visit you yet. Both are very similar though and can used similarly. When will you visit us? is less formal.
