You could say “That’s a relief!” and “What a relief?” (not “What’s”)

"That's a relief." is more commonly used than "What a relief.", although both are correct. I've only seen "What a relief!" used in poetic texts. You can also say "That's good to know." or "That's great to know", since both warrant a sense of relief as well. :)
