How is the Canada government? Are there public schools, public hospitals, and public universities, and how does it work for foreigners? I really want to get to know the Canada!:)

In general schools and hospitals are similar to Europe or the US except you don't pay directly - they are part of the taxes that everyone pays and the whole system is managed by the government. Many would say it works really well, including me. Universities however you do have to pay for, although they are heavily subsidized. My kids attend university and pay about $10,000 per year each.
