'Wanna' is short for 'want to', for example "I wanna eat some ice-cream" means I want to eat some ice-cream.
'Gonna' is short for 'going to (do something)', for example "I'm gonna jump into the pool" means I will jump into the pool. It isn't used for going to (a place).
'Whatcha' is short for 'what are you', for example "whatcha doin'?" is a common shortening of the phrase "what are you doing?"
All of these are casual, so you wouldn't usually use them in formal conversations, but I use them all the time when talking with friends :)

As for more words like this, 'gotcha' is another common one, which is short for "got you". This can be used for example when you catch someone after chasing them, but also can be used to tell someone you understand what they are saying: "Did you understand that?" "Yeah, I gotcha". Again like the others this is used in casual conversations.
