2 - где ты подстриглась, 3 - где ты стрижёшься.

2-ой ответ подразумевает, что человек стрижет себе волосы сам. Конструкция have something done - организовать так, чтобы что-то было сделано.
Например
to have somebody's hair cut - подстричься (пойти в парикмахерскую, например)
to have the light bulb changed - поменять лампочку (опять-таки, не самостоятельно, а вызвав, например, электрика)
