Take out the words "Ken and" and then see if it sounds natural. Both "myself will go there" and "me will go there" are incorrect and sound unnatural. So the correct sentence is "Ken and I will go there".

Myself is fine if used correctly. I believe it's similar to 自分 in Japanese.
