@Something: Some expressions are different according to the country but the bigger difference is the accent.

@Something: It is my understanding that Canada's French will have less English words in order to preserve the language in Canada. For instance, in France they say "le week-end" but in Canada they say "la fin de semaine". I also know that Canadians speak slower than in France.

Actually Canadians indeed have some old style French expression but they use a lot of anglicism too (and maybe more than France's French)!
