I tend to say, すみません、すみません、すみません...until I reach to the other side.
If there is someone completely blocking the way, you can say,
すみません、通してください!
満員電車がんばって!

I'd also just say すみません、すみません、すみません…or すみません、降ります。(excuse me, I'm
getting off.) if I wanna go to the other side to get off.
