Googling suggests that it's slang popularised by a comedy duo from Yamazaki (on the border of Osaka and Kyoto prefectures) called the Untouchables.
No idea if it's standard Yamazaki slang or if they invented it outright, though.
Think it basically originates from saying ありがとうございます very very fast.
