If travelling abroad isn't an option, try to focus on conversations, less on grammar (especially when it comes to English). I know someone who learnt to speak fluent English through video games, no actual contact with native speakers. Try to expand your vocabulary, watch as many films as possible, listen to music and read books. Speak to yourself in the language you're interested in. And if you do get the chance to travel abroad, make sure you use it!
@shaaro yes as for me, I really agree with your comment. Actually i’m only 13 years old , in my school there is only one English teacher in my class that teach me however I didn’t talk to him as much as I thought but I’ll try too;)
