Question about Finland

One Estonian YouTuber (Artur Rehi) said that the unofficial motto of his country is: "It hurts so good", because Estonians found something positive and proudness in being sad and lonely. I know that ugrofinian countries aren't just like slavic ones - Poles in a lot of things are similar to Slovaks, Russians and others, so... how are Finns like an Estonians when we are talking about sadness or loneliness? I know the stereotype of Finns that are happy because their neighbourhood is far, far away... but is this true?
