Both of them are polite expressions for ๋จน๋ค(eat). For me as a native korean speaker, ์ก์์๋ค sounds more polite. I usually use this word to person who deserves high respect -like grandparents.
์๋ง๊ฐ ๋ฐฅ์ ๋์๋ค.
ํ ๋จธ๋๊ฐ ์ง์ง๋ฅผ ์ก์์๋ค.
์ง์ง goes well with ์ก์์๋ค.
์ง์ง is like ๋ฐฅ.

I would say ๋์๋ค to a teacher! But there's nothing wrong with ์ก์์๋ค if you wanna say like this :) However your teacher would feel like she/he seems like a grandmother/father ๐
