The first example that comes to mind is "So much for that". Which I would say if I had plans for something and it couldn't happen anymore. Like if I had planned to have a picnic outside but then it started to rain then I would say "so much for that".

@jong-hwan It will has the same meaning. In that song she is talking about a specific happy ending like being with her boyfriend but something happens and that plan is no longer possible. Still the same concept ~
