How do you say "esta la que" and "es la que" in English? I don't understand this message.

"Esta la que" there is the, "es la que" is the, "is the best that i've done", the first sentence that says "y esta la que hemos contactsdo la descubri ayer" i don't even understand it and i speak spanish, dont think too much about it 👍

Muchas gracias! "Es la que mejor me ha ido" means the best I've ever done? It's confusing to me because ha means "it has" and "ido" means "gone" right? Shouldn't it say "me he ido" ?
