yes. "Will" is sometimes used to imply intention to do something, but when describing something you do, you don't have to use it. In hypotheticals, however, using "will" or "would" is a good idea.

"will" in the first sentence can be taken out to mean the same thing. It implies that it's something you still do currently.
The second sentence's "would" makes it sound like you're describing a past habit
