Question about Japanese

Hi! I have a japanese lesson today and my teacher (who is also a good friend at this point) texted me this yesterday: こんばんは!明日1時ごろ行かせてもらう。
Does "ikasete morau" mean I have to go to his place or is he coming to mine? He isn't answering his phone and I don't know what to do 😛 I'm confused 😖
