En ese caso la diferencia es:
-"Como" se utiliza en la comparacion de uno o mas objetos,personas,animales,etc
EJEMPLO:
-Tus ojos son somo estrellas
Mientras el "que" tiene muchos usos, puede ser pregunta (¿que?) o para apoyarse en otras palabras (is the "what" in english)

- "Como" is used in the comparison of one or more objects, people, animals, etc.( is the equivalent of the "like" in english)
EXAMPLE:
-Tus ojos son "como" estrellas

While the "que" has many uses, it can be a question (¿que?) Or to rely on other words (is the "what" in english)
