Second one. But... we say both of them cause the ㅂ as in 합 is changed to ㅁ before ㄴ as in 니, in the first place, [감사함니다], and ㄴ is also can be changed to ㅁ to say fastly. So we say like [감사함미다] too. But originally we say that like [감사함니다].
