@gglennes Quando você fala "I believe" dá a entender que você -acha- ou -crê- que algo acabou de ser feito. Não há certeza. E de qualquer maneira é mais comum dizer "I think" no lugar de "I believe". Algo que substitui o "right now" é a palavra "just".

Eu acabei de fazer isso. Se você quiser dar EXTRA ênfase no fato de que você literalmente fez isso agora, você pode dizer:
-I've just done it now-
-I have just done it now-
Eu não sei o quão gramaticalmente correto é adicionar o "now", mas ele dá realmente muita ênfase no fato de que acabou de ser feito.
Você também pode usar o passado simples para dizer algo similar:
-I just did it-
