~のように/みたいに見える あの雲(くも)は人の顔(かお)のように/みたいに見える
That cloud looks like a human's face.
In some contexts, following expressions can be used
~ぽく見える その服(ふく)を着(き)ていると、あなたは子供(こども)っぽく見える
Wearing the clothes you look like a child
~らしく見える 彼はそのへんの女性(じょせい)より女性らしく見える
He look more like a woman than a ordinary woman.

2:"(まるで)~みたいだ"
3:"(まるで)~のようだ"
4:"~っぽい"
2, 3, 4 could be translated as "seem like ~", "like~"...
Examples(He looks like a boy.)
1:男の子のように見える(おとこのこのようにみえる)
2:まるで男の子ようだ
3:まるで男の子みたいだ
4:男の子っぽい
