I'm gonna/going is the "right" one to use and imma is more informal for slang, usually

"I'mma" is just street slang that is a short way to say "I'm gonna".
It's also very casual, so you might not want to talk like that to your boss, for example.
Since it's street slang, you'll hear it in a lot of American rap and hip hop as well.
