@jennifer_0108 āI havenāt seen you in agesā could mean you havenāt seen that person/people for a couple months and ālong time no seeā could mean that you havenāt seen them in a few days/weeks.
*Lets say you moved to another country for an entire year and youāre finally going home to see a friend/your family* āI havenāt seen you in ages!ā *maybe add on Iāve missed you; howāve you been? Etc.*
* letās say youāre meeting up with a friend you havenāt seen/ talked with for almost two weeks.* āOh hey, long time no see!ā
