Depends how you define equality of gender.
Language doesn't have grammatical gender and there is not complete equality of outcome. People still get paid mainly by time they work but taxation doesn't motivate to do extra hours
Professions are most segregated in the world in Nordics as there is not high rewards in wages for aiming jobs that has more responsibility and technical knowledge.
