When one is refering to a conclusion of intuition, 'feel' implies there is emotion or gut-instinct involved in the process, but 'sense' implies more of a logical process in reaching the conclusion. Outside of intuition, sense can mean one of the physical processes through which we receive information (hearing, seeing, etc.), or one's ability to think. Feel can mean to use one's physical sense of touch, or to experience an emotion.
