- Korean
Both wrong.
And to explain the difference between ์ and ๊ฐ
๊ฐ means just normal 'is'
์ is actually used to either intonate or to contrast
so the first sentence would mean:
This coffee is cold (but the other one is not)
while the latter means
This coffee is cold

Use ์ ๋ when you're the main topic of the sentence and/or when you are talking about yourself.
Use ์ ๊ฐ when you're the subject of the sentence.
ex)
Who broke the window?
I broke the window, sorry.
(In this case, the emphasis is on '์ ๊ฐ')
Do you want to go?
Yes, I want to go.
(In this case, the emphasis is on '๊ฐ๊ณ ์ถ์ด์', not '์ ๋'.)
I am a doctor.
I am. (This is the answer to 'Who is doctor?' in Korean.)
