I dont understand the difference between "bring a picnic" and "take a picnic" in the sentences below. Please let me know!

It's about direction.
For "bring", the emphasis is on *the place you are going to*. You are bringing whatever it is *to* the location, to someone else who is *already there*.
For "take", the emphasis is on *the place you are coming from*. You are taking whatever it is *from* the location you are in.
