A little unnatural
I thought your Japanese natural if you just want to say, 'do it.'
But if you'd like to say 'just do it', I cannot find simple translation... It would be, maybe, いいからやりなさいor とにかくやりなさい, which both sounds like 'ok.ok.whatever...just do it.' or まずやってみなさい which sounds more like, 'just give it a try'
