In Finland the cost of living is a bit higher. In smaller places, like Oulu you can get an shared student apartment (if this is a real word) for about 300e/month, but in Helsinki the rent can be more than double of that. In some cases that rent includes heating, electricity, water and even a broadband internet connection.
