あまり厳密な使い分けではないのですが、「逆に」は一方を基準として、もう一方がその反対にあるという意味で使われます。「反対に」は比較する2つが対等です。
例
そういうことでしたか。私は逆だと思っていました。(「反対に」は使わない)
反対方向の電車に乗り換える必要があります。(「逆」は使わない)
なお、反対は「賛成」の反対語として使われることもあります。この場合は「逆」は使えません。
例
この案に反対の人はいますか。
