I think it is supposed to say "many more who." This means a lot of other people that did (fill in the blank). This is basically referring to another group of people.
I hope this makes sense. Feel free to ask for more clarification if it doesn't.

This is a sentence from the Guardian. I don't think it prints an extra "who" by mistake.
